The house: Sleeps six in 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath, seperate shower and loo. Bedroom two has an ensuite shower room with loo and bedroom three it's own seperate shower room with WC.

Tel & Wifi: There is a VOIP telephone system, and WIFI/Broadband internet access.

Heating: The house is centrally heated in winter. There is an open fireplace in the sitting room for winter use only and fans in all the bedrooms. The pool can be heated at an extra cost of £120 per week.

Towels And Linen: Bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided, and will be changed on a weekly basis.

Cleaning, towels, linen, maid service: The cleaner comes in twice a week for 2 hours each day and at the end of the week to change the bed linen and do the change overs. Additional cleaning can be arranged, and airport collection.

Cooking & Baby sitting: With advance notice, dinner can be prepared and served for you, this would be directly arranged with Yolande who looks after the house, she can also arrange baby sitting.

A welcome hamper of food and drinks can be ordered in advance.

Changeover day: The normal changeover day is Saturday, but this is negotiable. We ask guests to arrive after 4.30 pm and leave before 10 am on the day of departure.

Booking Arrangements:

Once you contact us and make a booking we will send you our simple booking form, and ask you for a 30% deposit to confirm the reservation.

The balance is due six weeks before arrival. This deposit is refundable by us in some circumstances, but we recommend that once you have paid the deposit you consider taking out insurance against having to cancel the arrangements for any reason. Unless otherwise agreed, all rentals will begin and end on a Saturday, and will be for a minimum of one week. Guests should arrive between 4pm and 5pm on the first day, and to leave no later than 10am on the day they leave. They will be met on arrival and shown how everything works.

Rates are for the whole property, per week, in GB Pounds or Euros (at the relevant exchange rate).
Long weekends may be possible, prices are negotiable.
Rates include all linen (including pool towels) and 6 hours cleaning per week.
Any extra hours cleaning etc are paid in Euros.

A security deposit of £1000 is required before arrival, and is returned to you, less any breakages or damage.

Rates are for the whole property, per week, in UK Pounds. Long weekends may be possible, prices pro rata.
