Set in the country surrounded by vines, on a small country road that ends at the Chateau de Sarrins. The secluded villa stands in grounds of (7000m²) just under an an hectare (2½ acres). The house is approached through electronically-operated front gates, the drive swings round and up to the house. Passing on the left the lavender garden and a large grassed area covered in a profusion of wild flowers in the spring. As you approach the house there are numerouse mature trees and flowering shrubs. You arrive on the left of the house where there is a covered area for cars. The whole property is surrounded by an electric fence to keep the wild boar out of the garden.

The villa is south facing with views over vineyards and rolling country side with the Massif des Maures in the distance, with hardly a building to be seen. There are wonderful sunsets in the evening and the house is in a peaceful country setting.
