THE GARDEN South facing beautifully landscaped gardens surround the house. With a wide variety of mature trees and flowering shrubs. There is a lavender bed surrounded by low box hedging, an olive grove and an extensive grassed area covered with wild grape hyacinths small dandelions and two types of wild orchid in the spring. Under the pines the ground is covered in wild thyme and rosemary these combine with the cypress to give that unforgetable Provencal atmosphere. There are numerous benches and places to quietly read a book, paint or day dream. |
