The front door leads into the sitting room. On the right there are French widows leading to the front terrace, on the left there is an open fireplace for the winter months. There is a cloakroom with WC on the left and and an arch that leads to the kitchen and dining room.

THE SITTING ROOM. (9.60m x 5.75m)
Which is furnished with 18th & 19th century French furniture with a modern comfortable 3 seater sofa, south and west-facing windows, and an open fireplace for the winter months. There is satellite TV, a DVD player, and a Bose i-pod Dock music player. There is WIFI coverage in the sitting room and the terrace at the front of the house.

THE KITCHEN.
Is well-equipped, with 5-gas hobs, an electric oven, a microwave, a large fridge with a built-in deep-freeze and cold water dispenser and ice maker, dish washer and InSinkEratorfood waste disposal unit in the sink, there is also DAB radio (vital for cooking) etc.

The DINING ROOM
beyond the kitchen has a table and seats 8. There are French windows at either end of the dining room, on the left toward the front of the house and on the right leading to another small area for eating.

BREAKFAST - LUNCH TERRACE.
The whole area is covered with a grape vine giving shade in the summer months. Shown with table seating 4, there is also a larger table that seats 6.

FRONT TERRACE
Accessed from French windows in the sitting room, overlooking the valley, with large planted terracotta pots and a wonderful evergreen jasmine. The whole terrace is covered and provides a shaded area for lunch and a wonderful place for drinks in the evening. There and 10 rattan arm chairs and a small rattan sofa and a low table.
